Change-of-mind (cooling-off period)
You may return eligible items within 14 days from delivery.
Conditions: item unused, unopened, in original seal/packaging.
Hygiene & health products
For safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics/wellness products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund.
